best of all, the instructions are clear and understandable even for a beginner. What a blessing that is!! And White Knight is a terrific package. Very easy to use for a beginner like myself.

d page numbers should include both chapter and page number (i.e. Chapter 4 page 10 should be Page 4 - 10). Text references to material in other chapters should refer to the Chapter/Page number.
